Paycor LMS Employee Instructions
Accessing from a Laptop/Desktop Computer:
1. Log into Paycor.com
2. On the Paycor task bar, click People, and in the menu that appears, click Learning Management System.
3. Paycor Learning Management appears in a separate browser window displaying your Learner Dashboard, which includes:
• Any content assigned to you.
• Your To Do list for courses.
• Any courses you have self-enrolled in from the Content Library.
Accessing from a Smartphone:
1. Log into your Paycor App on your smartphone
2. Scroll down and select Company Learning
